This Puerto Madero Tango Show conteins a lot of acting, which undoubtedly makes it the closest Tango show to a musical comedy in Buenos Aires. With the excuse of narrating the history of European immigration in Buenos Aires, numbers sung and danced by a large troupe of dancers and singers are shown, while the orchestra, a sextet, provides a background from an elevated side, so that the large stage is all for singing and dancing. The first half of the show is pure Tango, telling the entry of immigrants precisely through that same port where the venue is located.



It is worth highlighting the closeness between artists and the public, since the show includes entrances and presences between the central tables of the venue, always with delicacy and style, allowing to appreciate the quality of the costumes and feel the acting of the protagonists. The choreography of Mansión Tango does not skimp on sensuality or virtuosity for classic Tango, it features great figures of traditional Tango and stage Tango. The group scenes are generous in symmetries and image construction. The solos overflow with passion between elaborate choreographies and a committed performance, such as that of Nuria Lazo and Federico Ibañez. In each piece, whether group or individual, the artistic construction leverages the sensuality in both the virility and femininity of the dancers.



The men focus will be the search for job as a manner of social integration, while the women will be the archetypal woman portrait of Tango in its Golden Age, where the lyrics tell how textile workers were exploited and their only way of social advancement or at least survival was the cabaret and the brothel. From workers in grey (grisettes) to daring "cocots" in garters.

Under this thread, songs and dances follow one another until the story ends at the point where the era of cabarets ends and we enter the contemporary era, Tango and the "cafishos" are history and nostalgia. The second stage incorporates the presence of Evita with the hit by Lloyd Weber and a gaucho number.



Evita's number at Madero Tango has the classic base of the song itself but the singer's acting is as modern as it is overwhelming, exploding the tension with a huge and lively background of the Argentine flag, exciting.

The service stands out for its kindness and being a room with great capacity, it maintains a very good level of efficiency. As part of the menu we recommend the empanadas and the pumpkin cream soup among the starters, the braised beef steak as the main course and the brownie as dessert.
